STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

    1. Quotation Validity

    This quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Prices may change after validity expires.

    2. Order Confirmation

    The order will be confirmed only after receiving a written approval (signature/WhatsApp/email) along with advance payment.

    3. Payment Terms

    • 50% Advance required to confirm booking

    • 50% Balance before event execution

    • No work will be executed without full payment clearance


    2. 4. Cancellation Policy

    • 7+ days before event: 20% cancellation charges

    • 3–7 days before event: 50% cancellation charges

    • Less than 72 hours: 100% charges (No refund)


    3. 5. Date/Postponement Policy

    • One-time date change allowed (subject to availability)

    • New date must be within 30 days

    • Price may change as per new date requirements


    4. 6. Site & Safety Responsibility

    • Client must provide safe and clear execution area

    • Minimum safety distance must be maintained

    • Permissions (if required) must be arranged by client

    • Tejas Stage FX is not responsible for issues due to unsafe site conditions


    5. 7. Weather Conditions

    • Outdoor effects depend on weather

    • In case of heavy rain/wind, effects may be modified or stopped for safety

    • No refund for weather-related limitations


    6. 8. Technical Requirements

    Client must provide:

    • Proper power supply (if required)

    • Stage access and setup time

    • Clear coordination with event planner


    7. 9. Damage / Loss

    Any damage or loss of equipment due to audience, staff, or mismanagement will be charged to the client.

    10. Force Majeure

    Company is not responsible for delays or failure due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

    11. Liability Limitation

    Tejas Stage FX will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages during the event.

    12. Media Usage

    Photos/videos of the event may be used for promotional purposes unless client objects in writing.

    13. Jurisdiction

    All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat.

    14. Acceptance

    Placing order confirms acceptance of all terms & conditions mentioned above.
